Crispy Spicy Pickles

Yield: 10-15 Servings
Ingredients: - Blended oil, for deep frying
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups semolina flour
- Pinch salt, pepper, cayenne, and paprika
- 1 large jar ripple-sliced pickles
Method:
Preheat deep fryer with blended oil.
Combine flours with seasonings in a bowl. Toss sliced pickles in flour mixture and deep fry until crispy. Drain pickles on paper towels and sprinkle with additional salt.
