I'd simply leave him on the wrong side of the door knocking forever or hitting the delete button without opening or blocking his incoming communications. I wouldn't want to go to jail for his stupidity of cheating on me by shooting his ass. The guy is not worth my time or attentions from the moment I found out he's been cheating on me. Washing my hands of him and keeping my eyes dry are simplier.
