Folks...

Gonna seem like a dumb question here but did we have a spell checker button before the TD upgrade?  

I don't know how many times I've looked up words in 'dictionary.com' and I'm getting a tad tired of it lately as its loads easier hitting a spell checker button in the 'submit' area.

If you have VISTA check your tool bar and see if you have iespell, you can pretty much use it for any site  ..I use it once in a while, and I SUGGEST IF ALEX CAN ADD THE SPELL CHECK BUTTON on this , we would have less people picking on others for bad spelling

Oops.. don't have Vista and kinda glad since hear complaints about it once in a while.  Sometimes I do the easy thing and pull up a word doc. I'll write it in there and copy/ paste it into a 'submit' box.

Will suggest spellcheck to Alex! 

Maybe we should have TD Spelling Bee contest???

Spelling bee? Maybe try the quiz section and make a multiple choice spelling test. I am lucky that I spell as well as I do. I never tried the "iespell" feature. That work for you Salsa? Do people actually pick on members for spelling?

I think I'm a "fair" speller....but at times since joining this site...I've needed to check my spelling...and looked and looked for the button...to no avail!....

Keep a little "pocket dictionary" on my desk...it helps a little!..Than that big, old Webster's!....

I do have some problems with some posts, due to their English...(not sure exactly what they are implying)....But it's no big deal!

Actually!!!...More deafies have better grammar (spelling) than Hearies!....Hearies (some) can "say it" but can't spell it!....I find it ignorant!...

We deafies can "sign it/spell it"....Hearies should be able to "speak it/spell it".....That's my opinion!
