very funny i had been jog walk fast walk for years i say 4 yrs monday thru thursday no worry about my health how sweet of you care about me  oh by the way i just had hugeeee  coming out still losing weight anyway

OFC KC plenty leftover strong smelly smoker turkey oh boy tonight I am going to make turkey sandwich added mayo celery onion spicy mustard black pepper and of course celery salt the best flavor yummy so you can open sub in middle put on top and added provolone cheese on it put in oven till you see top getting light brown then stop and serve you too have a great weekend , SGG
