Narcisism is extreme self-love.....to the exclusion of loving others.

  A good example is someone who's name we are not allowed to say here.

They love themselves so much they are incapable of loving others. And thier ego runs amock.

Someone with a white picket fence in their mouth and a hockey puck on top their head?

Indeed, it's true. No wonder why I feel so free without barriers. :)
