To notice most are ASL in Texas what I have not seen MSL?

not MSL .... should be LSM...

Seña Español ("Spanish Sign" - LSM is widely known by this name among the Deaf Community in Mexico, although the language is unrelated to Spanish)

most southernwest USA use ASL than LSM ...
