If you're deaf and you use webcaptel then you've probably run into the same problems I have.The main problem I had is that there's a time lag between when they actually speak and the text appears on your computer screen. Yesterday I got a phone call from my doctor about some test results over the last few weeks that had been taken.  Since my hearing had dropped significantly, I have been having dizzy spells and a few other issues. They want to take an MRI and a few other tests to rule out possible problems which may have caused these things.
